Overview
📦 ORDER REJECTION & NON-ACCEPTANCE (RTO POLICY) We dispatch orders with high-quality packing and premium courier partners. If a customer refuses to accept the delivery of a confirmed order, or if the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability / incorrect address provided:
- For Fully Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed strictly after deducting the two-way shipping charges (Forward & Return courier fees) and packaging costs.
⚙️ INSTALLATION & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER (Strictly Applicable)
- Installation Liability: Car audio systems, amplifiers, and electronic accessories require professional installation. Urban Customs is not liable for any physical damage, short-circuits, or blown components caused by improper wiring or local mechanics. Any such damaged products will not be replaced or refunded.
- Brand Warranty: For branded items (e.g., Pioneer, JBL, Sony, Audison), warranty claims after installation must be handled directly through the respective brand’s authorized service centers.
- Right to Cancel: Urban Customs reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice if we suspect any fraudulent activity or due to stock unavailability.
Refunds
For Advance Deposit / COD Orders: We believe in fair trade. If a customer refuses the delivery of their order, the partial advance amount will be refunded to the original payment method strictly after deducting the actual two-way shipping charges (forward and return courier fees). We will only deduct the exact logistics penalties incurred by us, and the remaining balance will be processed for a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS We only accept exchange or replacement requests strictly for items that are delivered in a damaged or defective condition. To claim an exchange, you must provide clear proof that the item was received damaged. Please send us an email at urbancustomsddn@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and you MUST attach the uninterrupted unboxing video as proof. Note: No exchange requests will be approved or processed without this valid video proof.
